January 17: The next meeting for the 100th Anniversary will be held sometime in April or May. The date will be posted on the website when more information becomes available.

Building Fire: 127 Woodlawn Ave
December 26: Around 20:20 companies were dispatched for possible basement fire. 26-1 arrived on location reporting heavy smoke showing from the building. Command confirmed heavy fire in the basement and upgraded the assignment to a second alarm. Due to deteriorating conditions the Evac tones were sounded and an exterior attack was launched due to partial collapse of the 1st floor. Companies remained on location for just over 5 hrs to complete the extensive overhaul. All firefighters made it home safely!

Santa Visits Highland Park
December 14-22: Santa made his annual visit to Highland Park Fire Company between 12/14 and 12/22. He traveled with crews through the local and passed out candy canes to the residents. Everyone enjoyed Santa's visit and we look forward to seeing him again next year.

Building Fire: 639 Merion Ave 
December 21: Around 8:40 companies were dispatched for the Attic fire. 26-1 stretched a line and put the fire out.

December 8: A new webmaster will be taking over in the next week or so. Since August 2008 when we first started this site, we have had over one million views.

Worchester Six
 
December 4: This week is the ten year anniversary of the fire that claimed six Worchester firemen.

Turkey Bowl 
November 28: Saint Laurence defeated Saint Andrews 36-0. This was the last Turkey Bowl between the two teams. Saint Andrews will no longer have a football team after this year.
